Help me!!!

I had it working, and then early this morning, it would load only half way before shutting down! I deleted and redownloaded it, only to have it still keep doing it to me! I want to cry, and it doesnt help that my iPad crashed, so I lost the game profile I had on it, and just had to start anew on my iPod. I wish I could get my account back, but for now, I just wish for my game to load so I can play.
